Although originally introduced by the English, the Australian Meat Pie has, over time developed a unique and individual flavour.
Ours is filled with large cuts of beef and a thick, rich gravy. One of the main reasons we opened a Pie Shop was because we found it hard to find a good version of an Aussie pie here in Japan.
Our fillings are made from scratch with base stocks made in-house. It’s a food you can eat with one hand, with ski gloves on - or even better, while watching live sports.
